Rivian Service Center

My first time visiting this service center and it has a great space to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. Excellent staff, genuine and knowledgeable about their products. I'm rooting for them and keep up the amazing work you do for the community.

I had an emergency service and needed repair to my R1S and this team was spectacular! Diagnosis was fast, communication was excellent and most importantly the repair was done quickly, professionally and correctly! Thanks very much for getting me home!

First, Youssef was very nice and tried to help me within his limits. But, I canceled my R2 reservation after this service visit. I had first tried the Gaithersburg location that wanted to keep my R1 for 5 days for a 2 hour recall (see that review). So I tried this location. They were not ready to work on my R2 until a couple hours after the appointment. I ended up waiting around the area for 5 hours. It would have taken 2 hours driving to go home and back, but no loaners were available. If Rivian doesn't have the staff to service the existing fleet in a timely manner, how will R2 customers ever get work done?

Took my G1 R1T in for new wheels and tires. Yussef was awesome. He explained ETAs on parts, service times, and they had my truck back to me freshly washed and charged up. Thanks Yussef for the great service!

Great experience and super friendly staff! So nice to finally have a local service center!
