Rivian Service Center

I HIGHLY recommend taking your rivian here over the other location in the valley. Even if it's a further drive. My newly purchased rivian R1s had a door latch issue and hood fitment issue.. I took the car to the other location two times and the issues arguably got worse each pick up. I decided to take the car to Tempe just to see if they could do better and they were able to fix the door latch issue and get the hood aligned. They even delivered the car to my home after they completed the service (I live 45 miles away). Amazing experience

These people are awesome! Have had to bring my R1S for some minor issues and they took care of them promptly. The only thing better than Rivian's vehicles is their service!

Great test drive experience at Rivian. James is a treasure. Such a great sense of humor and super knowledgeable. The drive itself was such a revelation, wow! These SUVs drive so well. The sound though... that was atrocious. I was expecting a lot better for the price tag. I also must point out that these are more adventure-focused and so if, like me, you were looking for the pinnacle of luxury then maybe Rivian won't be the one to scratch that itch. Regardless, I highly recommend.

Rivian’s Second Service center in the valley, perfectly located in Tempe. Much Bigger than the North PHX location and has apparel, accessories onsite for sale. If you need a quick touch up, they do have touch up paint pens available for sale in the guest lounge

Traveling from Oregon to Tempe and 100 miles from our destination, turtle mode popped up and disabled the AWD. Rivian got us in within 24 hrs and then returned our R1S to us within 36 hrs. We had a week in Tempe for a baseball tournament and we were responsible for transporting all of the boys to and from the fields. I cannot say enough good things about their sense of urgency to get us back in our R1S.
