Schoonover Bodyworks & Autocare

10/10 couldn’t be happier, the experience turned a 1st time customer into a loyal customer going forward. Started with their estimate nearly matching one I received from my home town family friend shop. Then with their option of rental car pickup/delivery onsite, the updates throughout the process, and their relentless advocacy when the insurance company tried to lowball the work; I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They took all of the stress out of the process, made the repairs look like new, and even detailed both the interior/exterior before pickup. Couldn’t recommend them more when dealing with a collision repair and now will be my go to for all services going forward.

I was really impressed by the team at Schoonover and how easy the process was for me. The communication with and payment from the insurance holder was totally seamless from my end. Garrett was professional and communicated every step of the process promptly. The complimentary shuttle ride back home after dropping off my car was unexpected and very appreciated (thanks, Mike!). The work was done earlier than estimated and the car was sparkling clean, inside and out, when I picked it up. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I would absolutely recommend them!

Nice service by Mathew. They prove that they care all the time. We were having lot of construction at our place/too tied up, so they offered a pick n drop our vehicle and also helped with OEM glass repairs for our windshield. Mathew and Nikki are so easy to talk to and deliver more than they promise. I use Schoonover for all my auto needs.

I cannot say enough about Quinn and Bill who helped me with some issues that other shops missed. They were kind, understanding, and efficient at diagnosing my problem. Schoonover demonstrates a type of professionalism and trust that I don’t often see these days, a true testament of their longstanding commitment to car care in our community. Thanks again!

Always a great experience heading over to Schoonover Bodyworks. Top notch service and very easy to work with. Fair pricing and always satisfied. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and keep you updated throughout the process. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and a team you can trust.
