SAVE YOUR MONEY! Go buy your tires for 40% less from Discount Tire at State Line. They are certified for Tesla tires and the cost is significantly less for better tires. Tesla owns/ manufacturers all the parts in your car except the tires. It is the part of the car they add huge up sell charges to because they have to buy tires like any other retailer and they do not get quality prices from tire vendors. Discount tire has decades of relationships with the best tire manufacturers so they buy in heavy bulk getting tires at a lower price. Now that they are certified to replace Tesla, you will save at least $1500 for a set of 4 tires. Plus they actually align the car after for free and offer free tire rotations. Which is critical for a Tesla because it wears tires fast. DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES HERE!

Wonderful service, as usual, at this location. I live 3 hours from the service center and got there about 90 minutes early for my appt. They quickly got the car in for the door handle calibration, and I was back on the road in 30 minutes early. Really appreciate the extra effort.

The team at the liberty lake Tesla Center are always incredibly helpful and nice. They quickly answer any questions you have and help get your car fixed quickly if it ever breaks down. I have had my Tesla towed here and they fixed it the same day for me as well as replacing my cracked windshield the same day. I appreciate the work they all do immensely.

As a returning Tesla owner picking up my second vehicle, it was a pretty easy experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. While my Cybertruck was filthy (especially the windows), they did accommodate my request on the spot for additional tire inflation (definitely double check).

I was only here for a new vehicle pick up at their showroom, I cannot speak for the service department yet. Location is very far east but still convenient right off the highway and near other dealerships and shopping centers, there are superchargers, home chargers and demo cars readily available throughout the parking lot which makes it convenient for just about anyone. Staff was 50/50 while they did answer all of my questions quickly and promptly, I was a bit put off by their odd attitude. Our name wasn’t called until about 30 minutes after our appointment time so my kids were running around checking out the demos eating Cheetos 🤦♂️ we did drive almost 3 hours to get there, during this time we were not approached by any of the 3 agents available, but they did assist different groups coming in. Once they were ready for us I had to ask about the Wa state rebate since they didn’t offer it via email or even brought it up when we were going over the documents, so this took another 30 minutes to apply send it out and wait for approval, by then I was late to return my rental vehicle. Eventually we were approved and I agreed to begin signing documents, again I was thrown off by our sales agents robotic like attitude looking me dead in the eye with zero facial expressions as if I was an inconvenience for him. I apologized for being an inconvenience and walked to our new model Y, alone with nobody to show us how to drive the car. Overall I can’t say it was a bad experience but definitely not what I expected, I bought new because I didn’t want to deal with used car salespeople and their finance guys. My advice to you is dress to impress and if you’re white you’ll be just fine, for the rest of us good luck!
