I also want to commend the branch manager, Gamaliel Estrada. He took the time to ensure my vehicle issue was fully resolved, answered all my questions patiently, and clearly cares about the quality of work leaving the facility. Over time, I’ve noticed meaningful improvements in the service level at this location. It’s a team that truly models Tesla’s brand values of quality, professionalism, and customer care.
