Tesla Collision

Excellent service and remarkably fast. I had my car in for a passenger side mirror and door replacement. I took it in on a Monday and they got it done by Friday evening. Since the car rental place was already closed, I was allowed to pay on Friday night and pick it up on Saturday. My car looks great and I was relieved to have it back to normal.

My experience with Tesla associates was very pleasant. Great customer service with Teresa.

I got my windshield replaced here. Clay was great help and very great with communication. They got it done earlier then estimated!

When I first saw the Tesla signboard a few months ago, I thought this place was going to be a service center, which would have been good to have, so I didn't have to drive to Fort Worth or Dallas for any issues. I see now that this is a collision center. I hope people don't need this service, but if they do, it's good that it is in the area. The last time I had an accident issue with my Model 3 at the time was in 2022, and the only nearby authorized Tesla repair center was in Fort Worth.
