I do not recommend this place. I left my car here for repairs, and the employee, Dion, was incredibly rude. Be very careful when you drop off your car to make sure you show them every single detail right away. I forgot to point out one part of the accident damage, and when I went back to show him, he simply said the report was already done and he couldn't do anything else. ​As a Tesla owner, I expect high-quality customer service, as this is not just any ordinary car. It was 8:30 AM, and he should have a better attitude. Clients are not to blame if he didn't have a good night's sleep. The absolute bare minimum should be a friendly 'good morning' and good service. Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. The phone representative lady was impatient and not helpful at all. It didn't matter what the circumstances were. The answer was always the same: no appointment in the Tesla app, no vehicle acceptance. And if you check your Tesla app, the earliest available appointment was 15+ days away. If you have other options, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

1000/10, guys. Hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced. If you disagree, you’ve clearly never been here. My beautiful car is back with me in mint condition. Every single issue—before and during the repair—was handled lightning-fast, and some even exceeded my expectations. You know that feeling? When you’re expecting perfection, but they still manage to blow you away. A huge thank you to the service manager and the whole team who worked on my case. You guys are incredible! 🩵 ​P.S. Please give them a bonus or something. If they ever decide to leave, it’ll be a huge loss for all of us—and I definitely want only this level of care for my favorite car.

They kept their promise on the timeline, delivering the car on Jan 19th despite the busy holiday season (Christmas, New Year, and MLK Day). If you want peace of mind and professional service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Deon is the man! I brought my 2015 Model S in for some collision repair (car still runs great). I explained how sentimental this car is to me (I was a design engineer at Tesla when we launched Model S) and that I had been warned that I was close to the number that would total the car. Also that multiple shops said the insurance claim estimate was LOW and they recommended living with the dent. Deon promised he would make sure I'd get my baby back. I'm glad I put my faith in him.
