Highly recommend this place. Roxy gave us a Cybertruck as a rental, and I don’t think she realized what that would mean to us. The kids have talked about it nonstop. My husband has been looking for excuses to drive somewhere. Even I went from being nervous about it to absolutely loving it. What stands out most isn’t the truck, though. It’s how she treated us, and everybody there for that matter. They were kind, helpful, and made us feel like we mattered. In a world where so many interactions feel rushed, they took the time to make the experience special. Tesla is very lucky to have people like Roxy, Julia, and Ken. Great employees don’t just fix cars, they create customers for life. Thank you for making our family smile a little more this week. We won’t forget it, and if this experience is any indication, buying another Tesla someday will be an easy decision.

Brought my Tesla 3 in for a rear end collision and thought Tesla would be the best place to get it repaired, I was wrong. It took several weeks for a simple bumper rear end, just paint. I went to pick up my car and the trunk was turning sideways, almost rubbing against the rear body panel. The trunk wasn't hit at all in the accident and was perfect. I don't know how they did that but they must have taken the trunk off during repair and very poorly reinstalled it. I couldn't believe it when I saw it, the repair guy said it was my fault must have been a previous accident. I told him it was perfect when I dropped it off after the accident. Also a plastic piece got knocked loose during the accident and has been getting worse over the past year, they said that wasn't part of the accident and I would need to go through my insurance to get it fixed. Really disappointed in Tesla.

This review is just based on my initial experience with customer service with the rental process as I had just dropped off my MY yesterday. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had ever from an auto service center. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and professional when giving me a thorough explanation of how the entire repair and car rental process was going to work. I am very happy that Tesla had a Tesla rental vehicle available for me. The rental is identical to my 23 MY, except slightly newer in the model year, so it has free FSD with HW14. Also free supercharging is available on the rental. The rental was added to my Tesla App, so I don’t have to use the key card. The rental synced all my user profile data so this is like driving my personal vehicle. This is the cleanest rental vehicle I have ever rented and I have traveled a lot for business. The only drawback about renting from Tesla is that they will not bill my insurance company directly, but for me I am happy to pay for it & get reimbursed - non issue.

Overall every encounter with the staff was professional and attentive, and the integration of the Tesla app along with top-notch tech support for the loaner (autopilot/supercharger free) vehicle made the entire process unbelievably smooth and innovative— got to try out Model Y 2026 for a week. I had my 21 M3P repaired at Tesla collision in Burr Ridge after an accident. As it was not my fault and I got the option to choose, I thought Tesla would be the right choice as the car is still under warranty and I saw great reviews. Customer service is excelent, they are very nice and polite. They deserve 5* but the quality of repair is mediocre. The big problem is the cleanup of the car after the repair. Even though they kept the car for a full day for quality control and cleaning, when I got there for the pickup the car was full of dust inside and dirty. I showed it to customer service and they took it in and cleaned it but only superficial. After I got home I saw that they removed the inside linings from roof in the back of the car. They installed them poorly and now are very very dirty. It looks terrible and it is an eye sore for me. My car was in absolute mint condition when I took it there with the exception of the damage caused by the accident. In 40k miles probably 5 times I had people in the back seats and now it looks like it did Uber for 4 years without being cleaned once. The repair guys are careless they don’t clean after themselves, they stained the upholstery with something that does not go away. They tried to clean it but still you can see it. Full of dust everywhere, small scratches on various locations, I am just very disappointed. If you have high standards for the quality of the repairs do not choose this place. I will need to do a full detailing of the inside to get it close to what it was before.
