Tesla Collision Carle Place

They did a poor repair job on our tesla and it had to be brought back a second time because the front panels were loose and coming off. The passenger seatbelt was also broken. When we picked it up it was scratched and dirty. Mind you we brought it in to fix a cracked roof glass. We didn’t expect them to break stuff that were NOT broken when we brought in our car. I do not recommend this center.

Wow. Now even if you don’t own a Tesla model. I have to give credit to the ease use of the app, communication with Tesla Collision Carle place and the constant updates to my issue. Now the details. My front window was cracked and I contacted Tesla Carle place, was given a n early estimate which was by the way spot on. Informed that is would be windshield change which I would have to be reimbursed by the insurance company. Kudos to Dennis and the front desk team of Miah and Monica for being professional, courteous and informative at all stages of the process. Constant updates. The repair took one day, the car looks brand new. It was cleaned well, no evidence of the work that was done. Spotless. The team at Tesla collision Carle place are awesome . I can honestly say I had the best experience with everyone at the Tesla Collision Center. From the front desk staff, Miah and Monica, to the estimators and technicians, the service was excellent all around. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They were always on point with any questions or concerns I had, very responsive, and made me feel comfortable and confident that everything would turn out right. My car (Model 3) needed several repairs on the right side, including replacements, paint work, and dent repairs, and they did an amazing job. The car looks like nothing ever happened. They truly went above and beyond to restore it and guided me through the entire process. A big thank you to everyone who worked on my car behind the scenes as well. You can really tell the team works hard together to make the customer feel supported. The repair took about two weeks, and it was absolutely worth it. I’m extremely happy with the experience and would give this team 100000000%. Very appreciative.

I had an outstanding experience at Tesla Collision Center in Carle Place. Avi and his team went above and beyond to get my car back on the road quickly and looking perfect. The turnaround time was incredibly fast; far better than any third-party Tesla-approved shop I’ve dealt with in the past. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I received timely updates throughout the repair process, and everyone I interacted with was professional and efficient. The facility itself is clean, modern, and clearly well-managed. Tesla really needs to open more collision centers like this. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for top-tier service and a fast, hassle-free repair experience.
