While you may not want to visit here, when you have to, they are great with everything. Process was smooth and easy. They went over repairs and possible issues so I wouldn't be surprised if something unexpected came up. Rental was ready by the time I was done with the the assessment and had been pushed to my phone and I was ready to go. Great job all around 👏.

Had a bumper replaced on a 2026 Model Y. The Tesla team communicated very well thru the app, even helping me with my uncooperative Insurance company. When I arrived at the appointment, the team all worked together, so my drop off and rental exchange, were just minutes to complete. John made sure my repair went well, Jessica helped me with my rental… Other team members helped also in support. Do not hesitate to bring your Tesla here for repair…. Car looks great !!!

Terrible customer service. Our insurance adjuster called their estimator our multiple time on over charges and duplicate charges before coming to an agreed amount. Then right before we went to pick up they told us we were going to have to pay an extra $400. After reaching out to our adjuster they said their was extra charges they were unaware of and the estimater, refused to send over additional documentation and said “the client is just going to have to pay it”. My wife called and he was extremely rude to her as well. We took it all the way to corporate and go the charges taken off. Then after we picked up there was a rubbing sound and he said it’s just the breaks where it sat and rusted ( which I know can be an issue with teslas) but he refused to come out and check and said just go about 35-40mph and slam on the breaks and it will fix it. This guy ( not going to name him) needs to learn how to treat customers with respect. Will not be taking my car there for any further work.

Staff is friendly and attentive. The communication they provide through the app is accurate and prompt. I’ve been here twice now (windshield, front bumper and headlamp assembly) and each time it has been a wonderful experience.

I bought a new Tesla and there were some paint issues. They fixed it quick and easy. Pleasantly surprised! Thanks guys!
