Tesla Collision Eden Prairie

I had a great experience with the Tesla Collision center in Eden Prairie. I worked closely with Becca and Jami mostly via the messages in the Tesla app. They stick to their word and are very transparent about timeline expectations. The rental process was flawless and it was a cool perk to have full self-driving. I wish I had a collision center a little closer to home but I can count on the service I receive when I do have to bring my Tesla in.

Fast repair! Great work! Outstanding customer service! Had body work and suspension work done and car looks and drives like new. Highly recommend Tesla Collision in Eden Prairie.

Becca was so helpful both on the app and in person. She is knowledgeable and went the extra mile. A true gem! The guys at the front desk were also great. Overall, wonderful experience getting my car fixed.

I scheduled an appointment at the Tesla Collision Center in Eden Prairie due to some scratches on my front bumper and hood. I came in looking for a quote to fully replace the bumper and hood... the day before, I received an email from Steven Seelig, Estimator at the service center with some next steps and potential outcomes. Once I arrived for my appointment, Steven greeted me with enthusiasm and was both professional and personable. Upon looking at my Tesla, he determined the majority of the scratches could be buffed out and would not require a full replacement. He was literally running to-and-from the car and service center for supplies and was extremely dedicated to ensuring my car looked like new while also engaging in conversations related to Tesla, Minneapolis, and life in general. Truly, I felt Steve went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience that day... Three weeks later and I am still feeling inspired to leave a 5-star review because of how well he took care of me. Steve - THANK YOU!!!

Getting your vehicle fixed sucks but the employees here are super nice and helpful. They'll make the process smooth and explain anything that needs explaining. The waiting area is super nice with a bathroom and water/coffee.
