We had an outstanding experience at Tesla Collision Center in Ft. Lauderdale. Maria, the manager, and the entire Tesla team were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. One person who truly stood out was Junior. From the very beginning, he was incredibly caring, professional, and attentive. You could genuinely see how much he enjoys helping people and takes pride in what he does. Junior went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly — from helping us rent a car to later arranging a loaner vehicle seamlessly and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and dedication to customer service. Junior is an amazing person and a fantastic representative of Tesla. Because of him and the team, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Tesla Collision Center Ft. Lauderdale to anyone. If you go, definitely ask for Junior — you’ll be glad you did!

Updated review: Yesterday, I picked up my 2025 Tesla Y that went through repairs due to a collision caused by another driver. Thank you Nick Taylor and the rest of your team for being very kind and accommodating in your services. Nick did an amazing job best keeping me updated with my car’s repairs. We did have a small hiccup during the pickup but thank you Nick for taking the initiative and making sure that small issue is gonna be taken care of. A shoutout to Kamari and Maria at the front desk for all your professionalism and hard work. I am so grateful to all of you! I typically do not go out of my way to write reviews for services, but my experience at the Tesla Collision Center was beyond phenomenal. When I went to drop off my vehicle after having two back-to-back accidents, I was scared that the check-in process would get complicated and I would be stuck trying to explain the separate damages and getting that sorted with my insurance claims. Kyle, who assisted me during check-in was super kind, attentive, and understanding. It was the quickest and most seamless drop-off I could have had! He walked the vehicle with me and made sure to mark off the different areas of damage to separate my claims. He also told me he would contact me every week on Tuesday and Thursday, and sure enough I got messaged every Tuesday and Thursday with status updates on my vehicle and he handled everything with my insurance so I did not have to worry about a thing. The total time for repairs was 2 1/2 weeks and I was honestly expecting some delays since the damage needed two door replacements, but the ETA provided ended up being the exact day I got to pick up my car. Upon pickup, Maria helped me and when I say I was out in 15 minutes I am not exaggerating. She was also super kind and explained all the work done and walked the car with me on pickup. The repairs were SPOTLESS! My car looks brand new. I am so happy with my experience, the repairs, and the customer service provided by all the employees who attended to me. Could not be more grateful!

I want to take a minute to give a huge shout out to Kyle at the Tesla Collision Center in Fort Lauderdale at this location. Kyle is the definition of quality service. From day one he told me I would get updates every Tuesday and Thursday on the status of my car, which had major paint damage. Not only did he follow through every single time, but he also sent detailed explanations and photos so I felt completely in the loop throughout the entire repair process. I’ve dealt with plenty of companies over the years and I can honestly say I have never had such a smooth and seamless experience, especially with something as stressful as collision repair. Kyle made it easy. I never had to chase him down for information. He delivered updates exactly when he promised and always made me feel like my car was a priority. If anyone needs work done on their Tesla, ask for THE GOAT Kyle. He is the greatest and deserves all the recognition for how he treats customers. I’m grateful for the care and communication he showed and I would trust him with my vehicle again without hesitation.
