Tesla Collision Fort Myers

As an 89 year old handicap person with a cracked windshield, any replacement options are difficult. With no loaner cars available a regular rental with no FSD is not a viable option. I can't drive it. 50 miles one way is not a realistic Uber option. Making them aware of my problems, they had someone at the door waiting to help me out at 8am. They had the fastest windshield replacement guy standing by. They had it ready to go at 12:30. They handled everything quickly and pleasantly. What a marvelous experience. Thanks.

Wheymar and his team were absolutely excellent to work with. Someone backed into our Tesla with their trailer hitch and it was going to be months to get into the Tampa collision center, so Wheymar reached out about taking our car to be fixed at the fort myers location. After the great reviews, I was happy it was going to them. Then after working with them, I understand the amazing reviews! Wheymar was patient with working with the insurance company, who of course was slow and a little difficult, but he was able to get everything resolved and the repair looks great! Thank you, Wheymar!

Best service ever received. I was in a collision right before leaving for the season. I made the next available appt from the app, but called the next day to see if it was possible to bring in early. The Customer Service staff were excellent; friendly, courtesy and so accommodating. I was able to bring my car in immediately. The shop was able to fit my car in for service. In less than 8 days, the car was returned to me in immaculate condition; not a flaw. I drove off in the condition that I purchase the vehicle. They worked with my insurance company directly and only paid the deductible. Very high praise for the quality of service and friendly staff.
