This is not for customer service review, this review is for their policy and experience as a customer trying to get a tesla car repaired. If insurance is going to pay for the repair and you think you can have them take care of it, this place is not for you. Need a rental car? you can't go through insurance, you have to pay out of pocket and deal with your insurance later. They want a detailed repair quote from the insurance company first before they take your car??! any repair shop does this? Tesla makes everything complicated.

I am very pleased with the quality of the customer service. Clay was the person who repair my car after the accident. The Communication was wonderful , besides the app updates. Tesla Fort Worth was a great experience. Thank you Clay!!! 😊😊😊😊😊
