I had an excellent experience with the team. I dropped off my car Friday at 4:30pm for a factory paint issue on the hood and front bumper, and it was ready by Monday around 2pm—remarkably efficient turnaround. I don't believe they work on weekends!! Chris, Rachael, and the team delivered outstanding customer service throughout. Chris kept me updated proactively, including a Sunday evening status text and a Monday morning note when the car entered the clean‑up queue. He also took the time to explain what likely caused the paint issue. I received three reminder calls about pickup and clear instructions on returning the loaner after hours, which made the process seamless. Service like this should be the industry standard. :)

One of the worst vehicle repair experiences I have ever had. I brought my brand-new 2026 Model X to the Tesla Collision Center in Fremont to correct delivery-related defects, including Falcon Wing door glass/trim alignment, uneven panel gaps, door fitment, exterior finish issues, and abnormal noise. The vehicle remained there for approximately one month. When I picked it up, several of the original concerns were still visibly unresolved. The Falcon Wing roof glass and trim still did not sit evenly, the abnormal noise remained, and the overall fit and finish were still unacceptable for a new vehicle. Even worse, I found multiple repair-quality problems after the vehicle was returned: excessive adhesive and sealant residue around the Falcon Wing door, lifted or poorly seated trim and seals, an improperly installed wiring-harness boot with wires exposed, and interior trim that had not been properly reinstalled. The right Falcon Wing door also began intermittently failing to close, reversing open and leaving a gap. The repair paperwork suggested that multiple areas had been serviced, but the actual condition of the vehicle did not reflect a careful or complete repair. These were not hidden or subjective issues—many were clearly visible and documented in photographs. Communication and quality control were extremely disappointing. A vehicle should not be released to a customer in this condition, especially after being held for nearly a month. I ultimately had to open another service appointment at a different Tesla location to address the unresolved issues and problems discovered after this repair. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with another repair and cannot recommend it to other Tesla owners.

I received exceptional service for my Model Y with Angun. He helped take care of all the defects (paint and misalignment) that came with my car during delivery and he communicated with me throughout the process. It was very easy to obtain a rental car and the service was finished pretty quickly. They also cleaned the car’s exterior and interior. I highly recommend this place for servicing your Tesla!

I had a great experience with this Tesla Servicing location! Angun was absolutely phenomenal. He responded to my texts very promptly, was super friendly, and worked with the insurance company to make sure I didn't pay out of pocket. The customer service made me really happy I went with this service center. Will definitely come back here again if needed.
