I brought my Model X in for a collision repair after being involved in a hit and run accident. As one can imagine, this was a stressful time, however working with Tyler and the entire team at this collision center was an extremely smooth process! There was clear communication throughout, and the repair work was excellent. My estimator was Gena, and she was absolutely great to work with. She was very personable, and even made sure the vehicle was ready for pickup sooner than initially estimated!

I initially went in for a rear-end repair, and I had such a great experience at this Tesla Collision Center. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top tier. Brian and Nick, the managers, were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled smoothly. They really prioritize customer satisfaction and took the time to keep me informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a team that’s this attentive and respectful, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing repairs. I ultimately decided to take them sweat treats from crumbl to show my appreciation. I cannot say enough good things about Tesla Collision. I have had an unfortunate series of events with my model y and they have been so helpful and kind. I’m happy to say my car is in perfect condition and I owe it to them! Genna, Tyler and the rest of the office have been so great to work with.

I took my Tesla here after being involved in a rear-end collision. Initially, I fully expected the car to take a month to repair and potentially incur delays based on stories I’ve heard online. However, that was certainly not the case. I was able to get an appointment with them just four days after the accident. The staff were very informative in providing their assessment of the damages, and they kept me updated with numerous communications throughout the process — everything from awaiting payment from the insurance company to the car being cleaned. This was a pleasant surprise because I’ve known others who have dealt with national chains like Caliber Collision and experienced poor communication. The work on the car was done wonderfully, making it look like nothing ever happened. While he wasn’t the one who spoke to us during the pickup process, Willy was apparently the one who performed the work on our car. Major props to him for making it look brand new. They even fully charged the car on the day of pickup. Overall, the customer service was amazing all around. Every step of the process kept me well informed throughout.

This place ROCKS!! I came here for an estimate a few weeks ago and received top-tier customer service! Nothing beats being greeted right away by friendly, professional employees. Tyler, Nick, Jay, and the young ladies at the front desk were all awesome! After chatting with Jay and Nick, I learned that we actually worked at the same company in the past. They told me how much better the work environment and culture are at Tesla compared to our previous employer. They even mentioned there was an opening for an Estimator position - and I applied that same day! When I returned two weeks later to drop off my vehicle for collision repair, Jay assisted me and I received the same warm welcome and excellent service. I was set up with a loaner car and on my way in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was seamless, and it left such a great impression that I'd love to be part of the team providing that same high-quality service to others. At+++ Service! Highly recommend!
