⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Emmanuel and the Tesla Auto Repair team. They did outstanding work on my vehicle and completed the repairs ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. The communication was speedy and excellent throughout the entire process. Emmanuel and his team kept me informed every step of the way, making the experience stress-free and seamless. The workmanship was top-notch, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. While I hope I don't need repairs again anytime soon, if I do, there is no doubt that I will be coming back to Emmanuel and his team. Thank you for the professionalism, quality work, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Had a minor collusion, and was blessed I chose to take my model 3 performance to North Houston. Big shout out to Leon who helped me with the repairs. I dropped my vehicle off right before memorial day and was greated and serviced by Leon. I heard rumors about tesla service centers taking multiple weeks even a month for repairs to be complete. They were so wrong. Even accounting for the holiday, they repaired my vehicle like it was brand new. Leon would call me and give me updates, and today I was able to pick up my tesla with all repairs completed in only 1 week despite the holiday break. In my lifetime I have never had so professional service for repairs not only so quickly but just the way Leon was so helpful, transparent, and now my tesla looks like it's brand new (2020 model) when I scheduled my appointment and dropped it off, I was in and out under 30 minutes. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative as well. Highly recommend this service center and especially Leon with his updates and quick turn around for repairs. I never had a pleasent experience in the past with other dealerships when I owned another vehicle (not Tesla) I will say again Leon was very professional, empathetic, and understanding of my situation. Leon went above and beyond for my service and repairs, in a time matter that was unbelievable how quick they were to repair my vehicle. I usually don't write reviews but this was an outstanding job. I had a vandalism when I was at the gym for my roof/glass and partial passenger top door damage claim from months ago and then this recent claim where it was a green light and the driver in front of me started to drive off, and I heard sirens coming and I looked left and right to see where the emergency vehicle was coming from and by the time I could look forward the vehicle who started to drive off stopped and I rear ended her. Also big should out to Bao Tran who is my state farm rep helped me navigate the process. Even though it was a car accident, my agent and Leon from Tesla collusion Center - the process was above and beyond. Thank highly recommend Leon again. If it was a rating from 1 to 5 stars it I would rate this experience 8 stars. Thank you to everyone who helped with the repairs and can't say enough about Leon Next level service!

The staff here is so friendly and helpful, Leon was amazing to work with and his attention to detail and customer service is beyond!!! He even got my car ready a couple days earlier than he thought which I was so grateful. So happy I came here and the team did a great job on my car.

I recently had an issue where my brake light covers cracked without any collision or impact—frustrating, to say the least. From the moment I reached out, their team made the entire experience seamless. I was able to get my car in quickly, and there was no long wait just to be acknowledged, which already set them apart. Elizabeth and Theresa were incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable—exactly the kind of people you want guiding you through a repair process. Louis and David Brown assessed the situation quickly and with clear expertise, giving me total confidence that my car was in the right hands. What impressed me most was that this was warranty work. I honestly expected a longer wait compared to revenue-generating repairs, but that wasn’t the case at all. They treated my situation with the same urgency and care as any other job, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and integrity. I live in Sugar Land, but I will absolutely make the drive to North Houston every time because of their 5-star service, their willingness to go above and beyond, and the genuine care they show their customers. Great customer service. From my service rep Eliza to my mechanic Brandon, top tier across the board! Second Tesla center I’ve used. And this has been the best quality service and fastest of all of them. Needed a new windshield and steering wheel. They were able to get it fine ahead of time and get me back in my Tesla. My drive to and from Work today was not as enjoyable driving my truck. Glad to have my Tesla back!! Thank you Eliza and Brandon!! Y’all were amazing! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!
