Tesla Collision Irvine

Had an incredible experience at this Tesla collision center. They were extremely accommodating and communicated throughout the process so I knew what needed to get repaired and a relative timeline it could be done! Also, AMAZING customer service and people working the front desk and the service staff. Did not make a special request or anything of the sort and they had my car washed after service so it was sparkly clean when they were finished with the repairs 🙌 Will absolutely come here again (although hopefully won’t have to as long as no one dings my car again 🙃)

A very very friendly, professional, and positive experience. The representatives who work here truly need to be praised for their professionalism. They took the time to explain everything little thing to us and how the claim/payments would work and even if it was worth it for us to file for. Our repair took 2 weeks but that is just dependent on what work you need on your car.

Had an amazing experience! Everyone I interacted with- front desk, service chat, and my adjuster- was super helpful and communicative. The rental was seamless, my car was fully charged when returned, and they even detailed it inside and out. Truly appreciated the extra care. I hope I never need a collision center again, but if I do, I know exactly where to go!
