Tesla Collision North Brunswick

We brought our Tesla to the North Brunswick Collision shop for a warranty repair, and Babar, Chris (handling loaner vehicle) and team did a fantastic job. While it was there, we also requested them to fix our license plates. A special shout-out to Marco, who took care of the plates right as his shift was ending—he did an excellent job! Thanks also to Kelly for coordinating everything so smoothly and demonstrating a truly customer-centric mindset.

I deeply regret bringing my car to this Tesla service center. The quality of their work is absolutely horrendous, as the attached photos clearly demonstrate.My car was brought in for a simple bumper repair, which was covered by insurance and billed at a staggering $5,200. This is how I received my vehicle back:Exposed clips: The retaining clips are completely visible.Loose bumper: The bumper is sagging and loose.Misaligned wheel well liner: The inner wheel well lining is not in place, allowing water to leak directly onto the sensor.Damaged paint: The paint is chipped around the trunk lid screws.To make matters worse, there is overspray on both sides of the car. It looks like they failed to mask the vehicle properly before painting. There is paint inside the fender, and the rear light is covered in paint splatters. Upon pickup, an employee even tried to wipe off some of the stray paint with a rag right in front of me.In short, this work is disgraceful. Any backyard mechanic would have done a better, higher-quality job. A group of toddlers could have assembled this car with more professionalism.

This Facility is Far the best center compared to all other facilities i visited to get my bramd new Juniper delivery issues .I cant start from.one place , from the time i opened my ticket i have never seen so amazing service by any censtre so far , i got a courtsey call from.the Manager Mike him self immediately who was genuinely understood customer issues and made sure all my issues are addressed covered in warranty and even after my arrival he made sure i am taken care off at every point of rhe way , even after ticket was open his reaponse time on any inquiry sent on app and his team was immidiate and precice without wasting customer time. TESLA need managers like mike and he should be a role model for all the Tesla service centere S as i delt with the many and i cant say enough that its not Tesla but its the dream Team that follow the leader make this place stand out. This place is amazing! Great experience from start to finish. From booking to rental and the best part of all was communication. Orlando is the man, thank you so much for the honesty and hard work!
