Terrible customer service. Don’t offer a rental even though they are keeping your car over night. Not an option when you have a child and work. Didn’t end up getting my windshield fixed.

I would pray to have employees like him in my line of work. When I say impressive, I mean HE IS truly impressive! Superior communication, explanation and updates constantly including photos of steps taken to complete the work. You can tell Russell takes pride in his work, craft and the TLC taken to restore the vehicle to its original condition shined in person. Russell made sure my experience was quality! When I brought my vehicle to the collision center I was not equipped with a rental. Abraham came in like a knight in shining armor. Provided me with a Model Y rental and ensured that I had what I needed for the two weeks that the vehicle was in the shop. Thank you Abraham for understanding my situation, for your kindness, laughs, and ease of making a hardship into one of the best experiences yet. This is a testament to what stellar service looks like and this center should be acknowledged for what true service means these days not only to clients but to the Tesla family and their employees. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. Shop does good work, keeps you updated through the process, and delivered a shiny clean car just in time for the weekend! Very impressed with how Tesla as a company has really come up in taking care of their customers - having their best interest in mind and continuously improving their products, while trying to keep the costs low for all consumers to be able to have the opportunity to experience one of their products, including maintaining them.
