Tesla Collision Oceanside

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the repair work. I expected a much higher standard, especially from a Tesla repair facility. When I initially received my vehicle back, there were missing bolts, broken pieces, and exposed metal. I was honestly surprised that the vehicle was considered ready to be returned to me in that condition. I also noticed that the trunk lid had a large, noticeable gap that did not look right. When I brought it to the attention of the service advisor, I was told that “that’s how Tesla makes them now.” I did not feel that was an acceptable explanation for the fit and finish of my vehicle. The vehicle was eventually taken back and the trunk lid was adjusted. The picture I posted was taken after they made that adjustment, which shows the improvement. I had to bring the vehicle back a second time so these issues could be corrected. I also noticed that the vehicle came back with three additional issues that were not there before the repair—door dings, one on each side of the door, and a large crease on the rear of the vehicle. Overall, while the staff and customer service were excellent, the quality control and workmanship were very disappointing. I appreciate the employees who were courteous and helpful, but I expected much more from Tesla when it comes to the quality of the repairs and the inspection of the vehicle before returning it to a customer. A vehicle should not be returned to a customer with missing bolts, broken pieces, exposed metal, poor panel fitment, or new damage that was not present before the repair. I hope this experience leads to better quality control and a more thorough final inspection in the future.

I had such a great experience with Tesla Collision Oceanside. I was still pretty shaken up from my accident, but I felt like my car was in good hands from the beginning. Maria was amazing — so patient, kind, and constantly keeping me updated throughout the whole process. It made everything so easy and I really appreciated her. Scott was also so helpful. I’m still pretty new to Tesla, and he actually took the time to show me some of the functions on my Model Y and explain how things work. That was something he didn’t have to do, but it meant a lot to me, especially after the experience I had. And my car looks BRAND NEW!! You honestly would never know what it went through. Thank you Maria, Scott, and the whole Tesla Collision Oceanside team for taking such good care of my car and making a stressful experience so much better. I’m really grateful!

I came to Tesla Collision Oceanside Yesterday after a sudden car accident. The other vehicle hit the rear of my Tesla quite hard, and honestly, I was feeling pretty upset and overwhelmed. A friend recommended this location, and from the moment I walked in, I felt much more at ease. The facility was clean, quiet, and welcoming. Sandy greeted me with a warm smile and patiently walked me through everything. Since this was my first time dealing with an accident like this, I had many questions and wasn’t sure what to do, but Sandy explained everything step by step and made the paperwork feel much easier. A little later, Maria came with me to look at my damaged Tesla. She listened to what had happened and genuinely seemed sorry that I was going through this. She also explained the repair process clearly and patiently. After speaking with her, I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I even had to come back because I accidentally left my sunglasses in my car. Sandy and Maria helped me with a smile, which may seem like a small thing, but it made me feel even more comfortable during an already stressful situation. The rental car process was also very smooth. I was able to rent a vehicle right there, and they helped me get a car similar to my Tesla. I apologize that I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was wearing glasses and was extremely kind and helpful. He carefully explained the important details and even offered to help with the paperwork so my wife could drive the rental car as well. He patiently answered all of my questions. After an accident, I came in feeling stressed and emotionally shaken. But the kindness, patience, and genuine care from the staff made me feel like I wasn’t alone. In a difficult moment, they gave me not only excellent service, but also a sense of comfort and reassurance. A very special thank you to Sandy, Maria, and the gentleman who helped me with the rental car. I truly appreciate every one of you. You made a difficult experience much easier for me and my family. My Tesla is currently being repaired, so I haven’t received the car back yet. However, based on the professionalism, kindness, and care I’ve experienced so far, I have complete confidence that my Tesla will be repaired properly and returned to me in the same excellent condition and with the same positive experience I have had from the beginning. I am very thankful that I chose Tesla Collision Oceanside. Thank you for turning a very stressful experience into such a positive and reassuring one.

I had a bit of a unique situation and was mistakenly directed here thinking I needed roof work done before installing a surf rack. Even though my car wasn’t actually in for a collision repair, Scott and Veronica C went above and beyond to help me out—they ended up installing the roof rack for me, which they don’t typically do. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and willing to help despite the mix-up. It’s rare to experience that level of customer service these days. Really appreciated their flexibility and positive attitude—thank you for making an inconvenient situation so easy!

I had my Model 3 repaired at Tesla Collision Oceanside for a rear bumper scratch and a cosmetic concern on the rear quarter panel. Veronica and her team were excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, the vehicle was completed when promised, and the overall quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. The paint finish and blending work look clean and consistent, and the attention to detail shows. Veronica was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process, including assisting with escalation and making sure everything was handled properly.
