Tesla Collision Ontario

Many thanks to Brian Rodriguez for providing outstanding customer service. Recently I took my car into the shop for front bumper repair. The repair work was excellent. However, afterward I could not find a valuable item originally stored in the trunk of the car (it turned out that the repair staff moved the item into the deep/inner compartment of the trunk without communicating that at the time of vehicle pickup). In my haste (thinking the item was taken) I left semi-negative feedback on the Tesla app. Brian quickly communicated with me and the repair staff and helped me locate the missing item. He was patient and courteous throughout, and I very much appreciate his professionalism. I would rank both the repair and customer service as 10/10.

Service was amazing. I picked up my brand new Model Y in red on Monday. I noticed a paint issue on the edge of the hood that same day and reported it. By thursday, I was dropping off the car at Tesla Collision. Friday morning, 24 hrs later, I was back in my car with the paint corrected like new. The turnaround was faster than expected. They also provided a loaner Model X, so it was great to ride around in that for a day. They kept me up to date every step of the way. Fantastic work. Unfortunately I dont have a before photo as it was only ever in the Tesla app and that message is now gone, but the after at least shows no problems or imperfections. The issue was at the edge where the hood meets the windshield, so use your imagination.

Was involved in a car accident and I scheduled with Tesla Collision Ontario right away. Another Tesla location tried to take business but I chose this place because it is closer to our home. The process was easy to follow and Gus and staff are very professional and patient with me since I tried to get the at fault party to pay for repair costs, towing, and rental. The process was long on the insurance’s end but this location is very efficient and professional. I feel like our car is brand new again. If you ever need your Tesla repair, this place is awesome. From customer service to quality of work to everything from paperworks submitting to insurance to scheduling and getting done, the process is easy, efficient snd professional. Thank you Gus and the team!

This collision center is outstanding. My Tesla was involved in a rear-end collision, and Gus was my advisor throughout the entire process. He kept me fully informed, explained everything clearly, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly felt that my car was treated with the same care and attention as if it were his own. I’m very grateful to have had Gus as my advisor and highly recommend this collision center.

This is a conflicted review. I first scheduled maintenance for my Tesla on 10/20/25. After confirming the appointment over the phone, I left the country. Upon my return, the car was listed for auction—I'm leasing it—and Santander said the parking lot called them, reporting the vehicle had been unclaimed for a long time. Yesterday, I released the car and personally delivered it here. Seeing everyone working diligently, everything felt warm and welcoming. Looking forward to embarking on a brand-new journey
