Tesla Collision Orlando

Had a great experience here getting some work done on my vehicle. The team was professional and kind throughout the whole process. I felt like they did a great job keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle. I want to highlight the front desk staff especially for their attentiveness and I also think the service team did an amazing job on my vehicle. It felt like getting a brand new car!

Awesome experience here with my Model Y, Hillary was awesome and Israel fixed my broken trunk hinge very fast! Prince Jr and Javier also took care of me and assured me about my appointment before arriving. Thanks again!!

Alvin and the team at Tesla were absolutely excellent. The communication was hands down the best and most forthcoming I’ve ever had from any dealer or vehicle brand. I honestly couldn’t believe how smooth and easy the whole experience was. Truly top notch service from start to finish. Keep doing whatever you’re doing because experiences like this are exactly why more and more people will end up driving Teslas.

I had a great experience with Tesla Collision Orlando. The entire team was professional, responsive, and made the process much smoother than I expected. To start, the front desk representative Hilary was amazing-she helped get my car in sooner than expected, which I really appreciated. Demi, another team member kept me informed every step of the way and answered every question I had. I probably asked him the same question twice but he remained professional and didn’t show annoyance. Last but not least.. Prince, was especially helpful with handling the rental side of things and made everything easy to understand and remained professional. Solid, genuine guy. Overall, excellent customer service and communication. It felt like family. The only downside was my car accident, but this unit of humans really made things better. So thankful I went here. Thank you all deeply.

My car was towed here yesterday. Have never been to the place. All I did was speak to Javier and he helped me so much. I had one flat tire. Originally they were not able to help me out due to me not being in an accident. But he still helped me get in contact with people to help me and even contacted people for me. I would recommend this place 100000%. They are so nice and helpful. It was the easiest process of my life. Thankfully they had my part in stock so they were able to help me at the end and I've never been more thankful! They were so quick and efficient an honestly at an amazing price. If you need any convincing to choose a place for any Tesla collision you've been in let it be stress free as possible and choose this place!!!
