Tesla Collision Owings Mills

I have 11 years old Tesla S. Recently, passenger side door started to make weird movements when opened. Also driver side window developed small gap. The car was seen at collision shop. James arranged repair with possible hinge replacement. This morning I brought the car and within an hour, it was fixed. He test drove and explained. I was amazed how kind and helpful James was. Best experience I had at collision shops.

I was a hit and run victim and came here to get minor body repairs. James was an absolute pleasure to work with. He not only displayed professionalism but I actually got the feeling he cared about my vehicle and not just treat it as another hunk of metal in his queue. He turned a stressful experience into a pleasant one! Hopefully I won’t have to come back here, but if something happens to my Model X again, I’ll rest easy knowing it will be well taken care of.

I am a first time Tesla owner so my car is my baby. I was in a non driverless collision which required my car to go into the shop. My collision advisor Lily Hartloff was amazing making sure my car was turned around quickly. I had a great experience with the Tesla Collision Center at Owings Mills for repairs to my Model Y. They are really busy, but I appreciate them being able to squeeze me in earlier after I couldn't make my original appointment, despite the next available time in the Tesla app being over a month away. Service was fast, I was given an estimated 2-4 weeks for repairs, and they got it done in 3 weeks. Emily and Lily were excellent checking me in and out. Easy to work with as well in terms of insurance. They have rental vehicles too if needed.
