I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to this location. Showed up for my repair, and they have no rental cars available even though I reserved one. Drove 40 minutes one way, and they had no resolution other than having me go to enterprise to get a loaner vehicle at a higher rate. The manager on duty (I’m assuming because he went back into an office) Was less than friendly, and was to be honest, pretty rude. Never thought I would have this kind of experience at Tesla. Guaranteed Elon Musk would turn that location upside down if he walked in there. Guessing they don’t care how they treat people because they know customers will keep going there.

These guys did a really excellent job to repair the hood of my car. I was frustrated about the situation (which had nothing to do with Tesla, obviously), but the team nevertheless patiently listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond to help us. A special thanks to Joseph, who all times was extremely professional, respectful, and helpful in all respects. We could not have asked for someone better than him to help us navigate this experience. Thanks to all, again.

I had a very positive experience with Ty. If you need an expert who is a top notch communicator, ask for him. I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews. My experience with Ty was 10/10. And of course I was not happy with the vehicle issues, but that’s not the collision center’s fault. Ty just stepped in, told me straight up what had to be done, executed, followed up, and got it done. I recommend asking for him if your experience is anything less.

I wish I would have read these reviews before dropping off my NEW Tesla! I purchased a 2025 Model 3 with the promise that Tesla would repair a scratched rim and replace a scratched door. Instead, I was bounced between locations, given conflicting information, and told last-minute the door would only be repaired—not replaced (of course after Aaron from sales made his sale). Communication was disorganized, and it took weeks to coordinate service. When I finally picked up my car, it had new paint damage on the front fender that was not there when I dropped it off. No intake inspection was done, and Aaron (technician) insisted the damage was pre-existing—based on a photo taken long after I left!! This feels dishonest and unacceptable. Even worse, the loaner I received was filthy and smelled like mold. I had to go back just to get a replacement which smelled moldy but not as bad. I’ve tried escalating through Tesla support but no one has taken ownership. They even closed the conversation in my Tesla app so I can’t message them anymore! It’s disappointing that a company known for innovation has such poor customer service and follow-through. Now I will be reaching out to corporate and other avenues since I’ve had no luck trying to resolve things amicably.

Thanks Ali Mason - excellent work and value! I paid out of pocket for self inflicted damage to my Model 3. Ali Mason, my service advisor, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She did a fast and efficient job inspecting damage, providing quote, ordering parts, scheduling my appointment, and getting my car fixed on time, and to the penny of my quote. My new bumper is a perfect fit and match. They fixed an annoying dash rattle for me too. I was expecting the OEM shop to be more expensive than independent collision centers. Not the case. I several got quotes from other facilities, and the Tesla shop was competitive, and in some cases less expensive than independents. This is a value considering it is an OEM repair with a lifetime quality warranty on the bumper. They even washed and vacuumed my car too! Thanks again Ali!
