Extremely disappointing experience with this Tesla Collision Center. My vehicle arrived on June 19 and sat for nearly two weeks before repairs began. The original estimated completion date was July 6, which was later delayed to July 10. On July 10, after multiple road tests, I called the Service Manager and was told my vehicle was being washed and would be ready for pickup shortly. Hours later, I received a message saying the vehicle had actually failed the post-repair road test and now required additional suspension components that had not been identified during the initial inspection. I still have not received a clear explanation of why these issues were not discovered earlier, a complete list of the additional parts, or a reliable completion date. The biggest issue was not just the delay—it was the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and poor customer service. I cannot recommend this Collision Center based on my experience.

My vehicle was towed to this Tesla Collision Center on June 19 after a collision. Nothing was done during the first two weeks. Parts were not ordered until after two weeks had already passed, even though the parts arrived within just a few days once ordered. The estimated completion date kept getting pushed back, and the Tesla app updates often did not match the actual repair progress. Communication about the repair timeline was inconsistent, making it difficult to know what was really happening. While Pedro was responsive and professional, the overall repair process and scheduling were extremely disappointing. This has been the worst collision repair experience I've ever had. I expected much better from Tesla.

DO NOT take your wrecked Tesla anywhere else except this Tesla Collision Center in Plano. Save yourself the headache because this is the collision center to trust your Tesla repair with. Everything about this location exceeds 5 stars. The staff here is amazing, from the front desk, the rental girl Ashley, to the collision estimators. Dropping off my vehicle was quick and easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a loaner vehicle, that is with the estimator taking here time to walk through the damage on my vehicle. She was very thorough and answers all my concerns. Manny, the estimator in charge of my vehicle, even sends me daily update on the repair process. My vehicle was repaired in just 4 business days and that includes repainting the entire lift gate and both quarter panels. My vehicle was spotless when I picked it up. It was even detailed inside out. And guess what, the vehicle was charged back to the exact 80% just like how I dropped it off. With all the horror stories with other service centers leaving customer's Tesla deplete to 0%, I can tell you that will not be the case with this Plano location. Thank you!

This is a busy location with very nice, professional front desk personnel and a friendly, knowledgeable service advisor at least whom I met, but still have waited a reasonable time to meet service advisor at my schedule drop off. The conversation went fine and gave me little unrealistic timeline for a simple fix. The front office helped me get my rental car company notified to arrange me a shuttle to rental car location. They don't have shaded parking lot to leave your car, otherwise they'll get 5 stars.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication. We scheduled our Tesla bumper repair and brought the car in, expecting the part to be ready after waiting two weeks. My husband even took a day off work to bring the car there, only to find out the part was not available and nothing could be done. No one let us know ahead of time that the part had not come in or may not have been ordered. Now we are being told to come back in two days, but they are still not sure if the part can be expedited in time. We understand parts can be delayed, but customers should be updated before they waste time taking off work and bringing the car in. This was very frustrating and disappointing.
