Tesla Collision Reno

All i can say is superb! Customer service, awesome! These guys know how to do it. Took my car in for a simple repair to the front quarter panel and they were amazing! Tesla is seriously an amazing car!

This was an absolutely amazing service. I believe I had Daniel helping me. Very good at communication, they left my car cleaner than I left it and most of all I have no windshield crack now. Thank you guys again for an amazing service.

Absolutely fantastic service from Tesla in Reno. Jennifer was incredibly helpful from start to finish: communicative, friendly, and on top of every detail. They replaced the windshield on my 2025 Model 3 and had it done within a day. The install looks perfect, everything is functioning beautifully so far. The whole process was smooth, professional, and way less stressful than I expected. Huge kudos to Jennifer and the service team. Highly recommend the Reno Tesla Service Center; they truly take care of their customers.

Terrible experience all around. They repeatedly told me to get a rental through my insurance, Tesla insurance, and Tesla insurance doesn’t respond. No estimates, no timeframes, just leave us your car rent or buy another in the meantime because our insurance company is worthless and you can only call overfull voicemail boxes with zero help. The collision center finally repaired my vehicle only to have obvious paint imperfections. They repaired the paint, then I noticed that the bumper they just replaced wasn’t fully installed, it was hanging off the side. They say that wasn’t part of the accident and unrelated because it was in their photos before the repair (but not the accident!!!), and the $22 part and $100s of labor to go back in to fix it is because “it’s 5 years old” so obviously as a Tesla it is falling apart on its own accord and standard bumps in the road are more likely to have caused the bumper bracket failure than a rear end collision, so I’m financially responsible for them not fully mounting the bumper insurance paid them to replace. The bumper was damaged in a rear end accident, replaced by insurance, and still left hanging off by Tesla Collision Reno. Standard toxic Tesla company culture where customer service is not part of the equation. Absolutely dropping Tesla insurance after this!!!

Okay, let’s face it… NOBODY likes getting their car worked on, especially if it’s going to take a long time. Thank goodness for the staff and management at Tesla Collision Center in Reno, NV. Upon entering the lobby, I was warmly greeted by Kita and Tara at the front desk who instantly seemed to actually value my presence. They were super knowledgeable about the whole process and even anticipated my needs through the whole process. Leah was my estimator, who relentlessly worked so hard to get the needed parts for my car and led the repair team with amazing efficiency. And all the beauty and quality of the repair was shown off by Chris V. who must have this type of work in his blood. The Tesla collision center in Reno sets the standard for how great service should be.
