Tesla Collision Renton

My experience here has been fantastic so far, from Chelsea at the front office to Charles, the collisions engineer. They have both been helpful in providing guidance on navigating the process, with Chelsea managing communication with the insurance company. It's essential to feel supported after dealing with a damaged car, and walking into a space where people are courteous makes a big difference.

Communicative and very thorough. Main collision repairs took a month to resolve, but they kept me in the loop at every step of the process. Also, I drove over a bolt as I came to drop off the car, and they agreed to patch the tire for me free of charge after completing the collision repairs!

The go to shop to get your Tesla serviced or repaired, I had a great experience getting my Tesla repaired there, everyone there is professional and knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to insure you are taken care of. Definitely recommend because everyone knows what they’re doing and certified to work on our Tesla vehicles and will make sure the costumers are satisfied.

I had a fantastic time at the brand new Tesla collision shop in Renton. The staff were really nice and made everything easy. They treated my car like it was their own. I'd definitely suggest them if you need anything done to your Tesla. I'm really impressed with their service and the quality of their work! And you still can bring your car to get the service done as well . Recommend 💯
