Hit a deer and needed collision repair. They had the claims adjuster out and my vehicle back to me in just over a week. Last year we had our Kia Telluride in a local shop after my wife hit a deer, it took almost 4 months to get it back. Very impressed with their service and the communication along the way.

Cherelle, Melinda & Scott really made a frustrating situation (body damage due to an accident) a pleasant experience. Scheduling from the app was easy. Location is easy to find and access. The shop is new and very clean. Well stocked with refreshments and snacks, (yay Biscoff cookies and I didn’t even have to go thru TSA to enjoy one!) Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile. Cherelle and Melinda seem to get along great and they fill the space with warm positive energy. Communication throughout my service appointment was timely and clear. After I picked up my car I had a follow-up question and they promptly responded. The service itself (body work) was done with great precision and was completed quickly. 10 days start to finish was impressive. I’ve been very impressed with Tesla and this experience only enhanced my overall sentiment about the company and the people they hire. Well done and thank you for treating customers like they matter and also for your care and concern to my needs. I entered a customer and left feeling like a friend.
