My new Tesla just got hit a very tiny scratch. If not new we would not mind it much! So just made an appointment to see how it could be repaired the scratch. They got assess to use over 7 hours for the body work and asked for over $ 600 of the totally asking over $1300. I didn’t believe the body work really need that much time for painting a very tiny scratch in the front above the bump. At the end, we decided to giving up.

Frank, our service advisor was wonderful and amazing. He took good care of our collision repair after a minor fender bender and got us back on track as quick as he could. He’s communicative, transparent, and provided us great customer service. Andrea and Amber who handled our processing were also great and friendly. Had a rare chance to meet the repair technicians and they were super helpful. First time using this location for collision repair and had a great overall experience. Thank you to the Tesla team here. 2025 Tesla Model 3 owner since last September, love the FSD self drive but I did learn I need to work on paying close attention in certain situation. Had a auto-park minor accident at my work underground parking lot, the spot was too tight with low lighting and white pole, so when the car back into the parking spot, it damaged my drive side mirror cover. Right after the accident, I went to North Hollywood Tesla service center, they quickly quoted me the repair for $1200, which I ended up paying for the repair under $500. Long story short, I want to get it fixed ASAP, and I was going out of town to Vegas, so I got an appointment at Tesla Collision San Bernardino on 2/4/26, the accident happen on 1/27/26, I got it fixed after 8 days, I was happy. Prior to my appointment, I called and talked to Andrea, she was very nice and suggested to move my appointment from 7AM to 9:30AM for shorter wait time due to the schedule of the shop and workers, I got there at 9:30AM and I was out of door before 11AM, Javier showed me the car after repair and explained the warranty, I was very satisfied with the repair and the experience. I would highly recommend this Tesla collision San Bernardino location.
