Tesla Collision

::So waited a bit to do this review because I wanted to give some time to let this paint settle. I picked up my new Model Y Premium in Ultra Red 6/7/26. It only had 15 miles on the car at pick up. And there were imperfections in the paint on the hood and bumper. I had to take to Tesla Collison since it had to do with paint. They supplied me with a loaner and got the work done in less than a week. The loaner had FSD and free supercharging which was cool! They repainted the hood and bumper. When I picked it up.. I didn't go over it in close detail. BUT when I got home, I noticed "dust nibs". I immediately sent pics through the app again. Was able to get service right away. The service rep Michael C. was helpful and admitted it was his fault and he should have caught that before pick up. They buffed out and made things right. They even had a Cybertruck for me as a loaner if things took longer. The staff was amazing there! Even though I had to make multiple trips... it did not bother me, because everyone was so nice. Everything was covered under warrenty, so nothing came out of my pocket:: Thank you Tesla Collision off Morena Blvd! Michael Castro, Justin and the Ladies at the front desk.... Y'all ROCK!

Customer service here is amazing! Tommy, Mike, Kaz, and everyone at the front desk are professional, informative, helpful, and genuinely interested in resolving your issues. My parked Tesla was hit, towed here, and as unfortunate as it was, the process at this service center made it less stressful. From estimate, repairs, communication, rental car, etc. I can't say thanks enough, and recommend this service center anymore!

My 2020 Tesla Model 3 license plate keep falling off and I took it to the Tesla collision center and a gentleman with the name Cazares Morales helped me fixing it at no charge. A very respectful, friendly, and well experienced, had a great experience at this location. Especially, Cazares that fixed the license plate. Thank you Cezares. You’re a great role model that a big company like Tesla have. Thanks Keyfi M.
