Tesla Collision San Juan Capistrano

My wife’s model Y was hit in the right fender and bumper. After some research, we decided to go with Tesla Collision in San Juan Capistrano. Kevin P. assessed the damages and took care of all the paperwork to submit to our insurance for approval. He was thorough and made the whole process painless. The car came out like new and even got our car back a week before the estimated date.

I would like to give some feedback on my experience while working with Kevin . A few weeks ago my Tesla's door got damaged. I was under a lot of stress trying to figure out how to get it fixed. Insurance navigation and finding the right Tesla body shop was all new to me. During this time I was lucky to come across Kevin. He was extremely helpful in guiding me , explaining the process , working with my insurance and promptly addressing any issues. I must say , he displayed highest degree of professionalism. His customer service skills were best of the best , he not only convinced me that I was in safe hands but also made me a strong fan of your Business. It is hard to find such a hard working professional these days. Keep up the good work Kevin!

I really appreciated the support I received while my Tesla Model Y Performance was being repaired after a minor accident. Robert was very kind and helpful when my insurance adjuster failed to mention I needed a separate appointment for a rental while my car was being repaired. He walked me through my options and got me into a rental quickly, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Kevin kept me updated every step of the way during the repair, so I always knew what was going on with my car. Olivia was always friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a smile each time I came in. The repair took about a week, and when I got my car back, it had been detailed which made me feel special that they went the extra mile. Amazing team and great service! I’m very thankful for their help!

After research it was suggested I get my car repaired at San Juan Capistrano location and they are worth the drive. I came from LA for repairs this time. Someone backed into my car on thanksgiving. Kevin and his team are incredible! Efficient, friendly and reputable. I had to get a rental this time and Robert assisted me with that. Very easy process. Few years ago someone clipped me on the freeway with extensive damages to my driver side and Kevin assisted me back then as well. I drove from IE - San Bernardino that time. They did a great job replacing my bumper and light. They also thoroughly cleaned my car for me which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend bringing your Tesla to this place as they do an amazing job and there are rental car companies available within walking distance which makes it very convenient.
