Tesla Collision San Rafael

I would go to any EV certified repair center over going here. I was told a loaner car would be available and then when I dropped off the car they said they had run out of loaners. When I arrived to pick up my finished car, the car door was not flush with the rest of the car and still had tape in several places. Numerous calls and messages in the app went unanswered throughout the process.

I had an appointment on 6/5/25 to drop my Model Y off to fix some damage to the front driver side from a side swipe and a cracked passenger window. I had an update that evening on the vehicle and to be on the look out for estimates. The following day I had my estimates for both areas of damage. Every Tuesday and Thursday I was given updates on the vehicle as well. The vehicle was initially set to be ready for pick up on 6/27/25 (estimated) however it was done 10 days earlier and I was able to pick it up on 6/17/25. The vehicle looks great and the time from drop off to when I was able to get the vehicle was quicker than expected. It was an all around easy experience and I was always in the know. Also, huge shoutout to Jay. He was there for any questions I had and was super quick to respond and was super personable and made the whole process super easy. The rest of the staff was great as well. The one thing I wish is that they were able to apply tint and PPF to make it a one stop shop for everything. If you end up taking your Tesla to a Tesla collision center I can’t recommend this location enough. Great work and great people. Appreciate ya’ll! And thank you again. Note; in the after photo, that little bubble spot is from the PPF that I had left on due to the front end being replaced, and I had them keep the remaining portion on
