Watch yourself. My son had a car accident and I searched for a shop to work with Progressive to repair the car. I found Jerry on a Google search and over a phone he sounded nice and assured me that he is authorized to work with Progressive. I took the car to his shop, and let Progressive know where it is. The field adjustor went out to the shop, worked out an estimate, but Jerry didn't think it was reasonable and let me know he will not be repairing the car and instructed me to remove the car. The adjustor let me know that Jerry was NOT authorized with Progressive. When I went to pick up the car, the panels were removed (Jerry claimed he needed to do so for the adjustor) and the car was not drivable. I arranged for a tow, which is when Jerry sent me a bill for $2540 and let me know by text that he will not release the car to the tow until I paid this bill and will be adding $200/day until I do. I had no choice but to pay his ridiculous bill. I tried calling Jerry to discuss this bill, but he refused to talk to me. When the car arrived at a Progressive authorized shop, they took one look at the car and let me know that Jerry cut holes into the panels for no good reason, and they will not be able to fix the car. I am now out $2540 to Jerry, $240 to a tow, and Progressive refuses to fix the car and wants to write it off. An absolute disaster.

This is a top-notch body shop preforming excellent work. Jerry is great to work with and stay on top of things. I highly recommend this shop I will use them in the future for all my autobody needs. Jerry is always keeping you informed throughout the entire process.
