Highly recommend the Tesla Collision Center for their great service and attention to detail. The team listened carefully, communicated clearly, and was very thorough with the repairs on my Model 3. Carlos was my technician and kept me informed with every step of the process. My car was returned almost on schedule and fully detailed. They even took the time to inspect everything and discovered an issue with the harness that I wouldn’t have known about. Excellent experience overall.

I wouldn't recommend this shop for repairs. I had a pretty standard collision repair I needed to get done on my Model 3. Long story short, when I got the car back, they apparently forgot to hook up the rear passenger tail light, even though they claimed they did all the post checks before I came to pick up the car. I didn't even realize the tail light was disconnected until I had people flashing their lights at me. I had to take the car back and get that fixed, which wasted more of my time, and sure enough it was just unplugged - some quality assurance here... In addition, now the front of the car is making a noise that it never made before after getting the car back, but they claimed this isn't on them and refuse to fix it. Guessing my future vehicle just won't be Tesla any longer. If you do own a Tesla just beware of this place and look elsewhere.

I highly recommend this location! I took my Tesla Model 3 in for front bumper repairs and they completely exceeded expectations. They estimated the repair would take two weeks, but they had my car ready in just four days! The quality of the work was excellent, and the process with my Tesla insurance was seamless (I was happy to just pay my $500 deductible). The entire team was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. A special shout-out to: * Sabrina and Jenn (Front Desk): They were super nice and patient, answering all $1500 of my questions about the repair and insurance costs. * Jennifer (Rental Car Specialist): She was wonderful and made sure I got the best possible option—a Model 3, which made the time without my car much easier. * Victoria (Lead Technician): For the excellent and speedy work on my car. Tesla Collision Center off Stassney was exceptional! I recommend you go there if needing help with your Tesla. Jennifer at the front desk was always so helpful, the staff there is so nice. They have coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. The facility was nice and clean; crisp everytime I went. Victor helped in explaining what needed to be repaired on my car after being rear ended. He was thorough and so nice. Answered all the questions I had. Andrea helped me with the rental car and went above and beyond for us. Our son is in love with the Cyber trucks and we were able to rent one; our son was so in love and beyond excited that was our car for a week and a half. I even had a key card issue and Andrea and Tesla was able to fix it for me fast. Big big shout out to Jennifer, Victor and Andrea. Thank you Tesla Collision Center.

They used leather cleaning on my vegan seats, it got discolored, oddly grease spots and never asked for detailing. They think it’s in their process. Tesla told me to not use leather cleaning on vegan leather seats. They said use water or unscented baby wipes to clean it. Even Elon on twitter said it too.
