Tesla Collision Tempe

My Tesla was delivered to me with damage to the paint on the hood and other parts to the vehicle. I went through the appropriate channels to have it fixed and was approved by the Mesa service to have it sent to the collision center in Tempe for paint correction. Joh Streeter responded to me through the app that my claim was denied and a 3rd party had serviced my vehicle (a lie) so the paint would not be fixed. Twice he told me I was denied and it was only when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that I was approved. I was told I was actually approved all along so why would John Streeter say I wasn’t? I have yet to have an appointment scheduled for my car hence my one star review.

Truly disgusted. The air pressure below recommendation warning appeared less than a week after “repair”. The affected tire is the same left-front wheel that was dismounted and remounted during the repair. They released my car with a crack in it that was losing air (at the rate of going back to the shop once a week). I am really disgusted with their work. My camera was good before I dropped it off. I had functioning FSD before I left my car with them. They changed a new camera and when I picked up the car my FSD was not working anymore. I was told to “continue driving and wait for calibration”, after driving myself for 150+miles they told me the actual issue is a failed computer. If the vehicle had been properly verified before delivery, this could have been identified before I picked it up too? Their rental smelled bad and it was dirty in the storage too.

The team, including Alina, Sarah and Brett and the technicians that worked on my Model Y, completely corrected the poor fit and air leaks around the driver's door, which several other repair facilities had been unable to fix. They were all very pleasant to work with, and responsive and proactive in communication. Excellent job!
