I had a great experience with the Tesla Collision Tucker team. The whole team was very professional, helpful, and did high-quality work on my vehicle. Everything was handled carefully and the repair was completed very well. I especially want to thank Jordan, the manager, who was very helpful, kept everything under control, and made sure the process went smoothly. I really appreciate the service and the attention to detail. I am very happy with the result and would definitely recommend this team.

Sharing my repair experience at Tesla Collision Tucker. The repair process was much faster and cleaner than I expected—I was really impressed! Huge thanks to Brian and Quy for helping me throughout. Took myTesla to get the front bumper replaced on Thu June 26th. Jordan was my point of contact, on Wed July 2rd, almost a week later, I texted asking about the status of my car. I was told that the car may be finished before July 4th. On July 7th I texted them AGAIN, “ Car is almost ready, but we are short of detailers” I texted them again July 9th. To follow up AGAIN! Finally today, July 10 th I stopped by to pick it up, it turned out that “ the detailing they were holding my car for was almost non existent ” look at the picture attached. Also, my battery was not topped out from 66% to 80%. In my opinion, the shop is not worth to take your car to, my car was there for 14 straight days and promised a detailing that wasn't done right!

My Tesla turned out looking good (from what I could tell) thank you for your help Josh. Just a few complaints 1) no loaner vehicle 2) my car’s battery was at 13% when I picked it up and I had to stop at a super charger in order to make it back to my house. 3) I called and spoke with someone 3-4 times two hours before and one hour before pickup - as I could see it wasn’t on a charger and was told it was being taken to a local Super charger and would be good to go when I arrived. That never happened. 4) Then when I arrived my vehicle wasn’t ready and they rushed to clean detail it and there was still adhesive glue from the repair process around the entire vehicle. They brought someone out that cleaned the glue off and sent me on my way. Thankful they helped me with my warranty claim. Wish the service was better.
