Had my car towed to this new center, the people working there were fantastic, everyone was super chill, and very friendly, they were also very well organized.. They all knew I am a car fanatic and they knew what was up. They reassured me that they will do the best they can to help out. Good to see such great service. On top of everything else, they constantly updated me on the Tesla app on what was going on, even when my agent could not make it on time to evaluate my car. Thank you guys. Next year we are defiantly getting another Tesla. The Audi dealer we delt with with my wife's car don't even come close to how well you guys run the place! Finger crossed, and thanks again! Anyone complaining about this place here should have their head examined! lol

I brought my car to Tesla Collision West Palm Beach for body work. There were a few delays, but they were completely out of the staff’s control. Throughout the process, the team kept me updated, answered all of my questions, and was genuinely committed to getting my car repaired as quickly as possible. A huge shoutout to Sean for providing exceptional customer service. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and communicative every step of the way. I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism from the entire team. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with the Tesla Collision Center. From the moment I walked in, the team at the front desk was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Dominick, who went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired to my complete satisfaction. He kept me informed, took the time to address my questions, and genuinely cared about delivering quality work and great customer service. Tesla repairs are not easy, thank you to the repair team for the persistence and effort it took to return the car in excellent condition.

We scheduled thru the Tesla app to get an estimate for a body repair. After 4 days while the car is in the Tesla Collision Center (fyi - they do not have a loaner car), Tesla came back with a final price that turned out to be five times more of the cost they initially provided. Original price during the estimate is $2000 when we scheduled thru the app then became $3400 when we brought it in the Tesla Collision Center, then we we agreed for the repair, the next day, Tesla gave a final price of $10k plus. So we declined the body repair. This repair is for a small tiny dent but Tesla said they need to replace the whole lift gate per policy - they could have said that before we agreed to bring the car in, the. We could have made a better decision. Tesla messaged to get the car on a Friday at 4:30 pm and when we arrived on Friday, 4:30 pm, Tesla had us wait until 5:15 pm (beyond their closing time) to say that the car wasn’t even put back together (one of them said he doesn’t even know why their team member called us to pick up the car). The Tesla team member also said that the pin of the charger broke when they took the car’s body apart, and the reflector needs to be replaced (they broke it too). Tesla said to come back on Monday since it is the weekend (fyi still no loaner car). We weren’t able to get the car until Wednesday. When we got the Tesla car, the body parts were not aligned, there are more damage and scatches than when we brought it in. When we called out Tesla about our concern, one of Tesla’s the team member said, “are you not getting it repaired somewhere anyways?” We had to come back another day after the first pick up because the spolier was falling apart. They agreed to fix it, we had to wait in the Tesla Collision Center for almost three hours but no the spoiler is still falling apart. The car also dirty and seems they did not care about the car. Tesla can do better.
