Avoid this service center, they're not trust worthy and they'll find every way they can upcharge you. I scheduled service for my car and it took them nearly 3 months to confirm an appointment, after that they removed the reasons for my appointment and ignored my concerns. Instead of inspecting and fixing the AC system they altered the work invoice to ONLY rotate tires, change cabin filter, and wipers and wash the windshield. Then charged me over 300$ for 35min, never did ANY of the work and my AC still doesn't operate. AC is under warranty, DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. They'll overcharge you And mess up your car.

I live in SF and have many friends that love there Model Y’s. My mom in Westerville finally decided to go look/test drive the car today at Tesla Easton. She was ignored and never helped. After waiting and waiting she just left. Wow! Do better Tesla Easton! You must not know a sale when you see it!

The Service Department at Tesla of Easton is awful. They are polite, but awful. It will take forever to get an appointment. You will need to beg for a loaner and likely be denied one anyhow. They’re understaffed, so the service will take longer than estimated, and they may or may not update you about the progress of your repair. They will not work with anybody but Tesla insurance, period. I made all the arrangements with my insurance company to cover a windshield repair and couldn’t even get the service manager to make a single phone call to complete the payment. “Sorry, that’s our policy”. If you think you’ll get luxury brand service when you buy a Tesla, you are sadly mistaken. Bob Hurt was our service manager at Lindsay Acura for years and he would literally bend over backwards for anything you needed- miss his professionalism in the worst way. Can’t wait for the rest of the industry to catch up on full EV so that we can forget this brand forever.

Excellent experience! Logan the product specialist was amazing! Very knowledgeable about the products, and helped me get setup for the test drive. He was not pressuring at all while helping me pick the best model. Service was also very awesome when directing me to where I can take a look at the in stock models at! Huge shoutout to Logan and everybody else!

I live in miami, FL and was visiting family in Ohio for Christmas. I thought my car ran out of charge but ended up being a main battery failure. (Didn’t find out until later) I got a ride to the Easton Tesla for help fixing my car since I needed to drive home with my dogs in a few days. They were booked OVER A MONTH out and did not have any advice on where else I could take it, and wouldn’t make an exception to help me in this difficult situation. They sold me a 12 volt battery to replace myself as I was completely locked out. (You will need many tools which they didn’t explain and no normal person would have with them on a roadtrip) I also explained to them that on my older model S, I don’t have a way to jump battery to open front trunk and the manual release cables were already pulled and never reset when my front windshield was replaced. The guy told me I just wasn’t pulling them hard enough or that I needed to pull them again. Of course this was not the case an in fact they were unusable. I returned the battery thinking there was no way we’d be able to get into the front trunk now. My dad helped me drill into the front trim piece so we could reach the front latch by hand and enter the front trunk to replace the battery. I called Tesla on a Saturday to repurchase same battery and they told me it was absolutely not possible because the service center was closed until Monday . My dad called back hours later and suddenly it was no problem. We got the new battery. The car turned on but wouldn’t charge. I took to Reddit for help and a kind guy from “Great Lakes EV in Dayton” offered to help remote diagnose based on what the car showed. He was able to see which brick and cells had damage and schedule an appointment for me to tow my car and get it fixed. My question is why was Tesla not able to diagnose this for me? Why were they offering so little help to someone stuck out of state with no options? I would have paid a lot extra for someone to fix it over a weekend when they were closed. The worker at Tesla service center told me to “just get a rental car” and make the drive back to Florida and again back to pickup my car in a month. Absolutely ridiculous that this is the only Tesla service center, they are backed up for a month, and not open to considering staying open on weekends with the attached store. It makes Tesla look horrible and I’d rethink getting a Tesla in general if I lived in Columbus. My friend’s mom said it took almost a month for a new tire at this location months earlier. I truly don’t understand how this weals even possible for a company like Tesla but I’d recommend taking your car to an independent shop just for the fact that they actually cared enough to help me.
