The senior service manager, Zach was extremely friendly, patient, and courteous when we brought in our vehicle yesterday. He went above and beyond with getting me a loaner for the day. I really enjoyed driving the Model 3 Plaid! 😊 great communication, he kept us posted on everything that was happening with the vehicle throughout the day. He explained everything really well and truly went above and beyond with probably the best customer service we have received at this service center. Thank you!

We had Cory assist us and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our whole experience was great in borrowing a car overnight to assess which model we wanted. Jose went over the car in detail when we picked it up. Stellar staff!

6/21/26 11:42am TLDR; DO NOT BUY A “CAR” FROM HERE. Just saw one of the employees driving a plateless dark grey tesla. First starts by running the stop sign out of the side street without even yielding. For such a small distance, from the dealership to where they park inventory in the honeywell parking lot, dude was speeding like his life depended on it and proceeded to hit 60mph in a 35mph zone after turning onto Rose Garden. He then sped through the inventory lot kicking up rocks and dust into the air and on other cars in the lot. If I wanted to buy a tesla for some reason, it wouldn’t be from here. Looks like they beat up the cars😭🤣
