I cannot thank the team at this Tesla Service Center enough for their incredible support during a nightmare scenario. While driving through Iowa, a deer ran directly into my Tesla, effectively totaling the front end and leaving me stranded. I was expecting a long, drawn-out ordeal, but the service team here was phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, they understood the urgency of my situation. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle into a condition that was safe and road-worthy within just a few hours. Thanks to their hard work and technical expertise, I was able to safely complete the long journey back to my home state. If you ever find yourself in a crisis, this is exactly the kind of team you want in your corner. They turned a disastrous situation into a manageable one with professionalism, speed, and genuine care. Highly recommended!

Great staff! My 94-year-old father-in-law was supported every step of the way, from the beginning of the process through delivery. The team did an amazing job communicating in a way he could easily understand, even while navigating some of the more complex procedures and policies. He can get discouraged quickly when things feel overwhelming, but the staff made sure he felt heard, valued, and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Thank you all so much for your patience, professionalism, and care.

An upscale Tesla center. Pleasant people, well organized service area. Only issue is that this is not a full fledged Tesla “dealership” so they’re dependent upon third parties and the STL, MO Tesla. Often times miscommunications happen that cause rework and long delays.

Wanted to say thank you and big kudos to the amazing team at this Tesla Service Center. My Model S went to 0% after we got delayed in snow traffic coming up from Kansas City (terrible accidents on I-35). We barely made it into Des Moines when the car shutdown due to the 12V backup battery failing (from 2017). Luckily the tow truck arrived quickly in the cold weather. The service team was very professional and understanding. They diagnosed the main problem and fixed several minor issues with my vehicle. I’m very grateful they found time in their busy maintenance schedule for an emergency fix. My wife and I were back on the road within 4 hours, and we made it to our ski trip in Wisconsin. Thank you for saving our vacation. 5/5 stars. Excellent service for Tesla customers.
