Tesla Honolulu International Market Place

I had such a great experience at the Tesla showroom in Honolulu, and it was all thanks to the salesperson who helped us, Sebastian Heer. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions no matter how stupid and made sure we understood the features without making us feel rushed. He also encouraged us to take a demo drive, which really helped us experience the car for ourselves. After our visit, he followed up to see if we had any additional questions, which showed he genuinely cared rather than just trying to make a sale. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach completely changed my perspective, and he honestly convinced me that a Tesla is the right choice. I’ll definitely be getting a Tesla, and I really appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us. Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable!

We had a blast at the Tesla showroom at the International Market Place today! We came in with a ton of questions about the Cybertruck, Model 3 & even the Optimus Robot. Enrique Figueroa was the perfect person to help us out. My parents are definitely leaning towards pulling the trigger on the truck. My dad is totally sold on the Powershare home backup power. While my mom is excited about the Full Self-Driving and Autopark features. Insider Tip: Keep an eye on the windows! You can see the Optimus robot on the second floor. It was a total tease only getting to see it from afar, but I’m definitely holding out for when the price drops below $20k. I’d love to have one (and a Model 3) of my own one day! Whether you're like myself, looking to own one day plus just an all around tech fan. You’ll definitely want to make the stop to check out this cool show room. Beautiful showroom. Cars on display included a Model 3, Model Y, and CT. There are no Tesla showrooms near us so wanted to at least stop in and ask some questions. Brothers own an X and Y. Maybe because we were tourists or not looking the part to purchase or test drive, we had a poor experience here. The lone salesperson didn't budge an inch from his desk from the moment we arrived to when we left. No greeting, no "how can I assist you?", nothing. Kids were also literally playing in every single car without any apparent sign of repurcusion and nearly tried bullying us from the driver seats when trying to simply see how the newer Tesla models looked firsthand on the inside for myself. Have never seen a place where kids can freely play in $100K cars. Love the brand but the experience here was terrible from a sales and courtesy standpoint.

I recently did a Cybertruck test drive at the Tesla International Market Place in Honolulu, and it was an outstanding experience! The staff member "Atreyu" was incredibly friendly, patient, and explained everything in detail-from the unique design and performance to the impressive Full Self-Driving (Supervised) features like automatic lane changes, navigating city streets, handling turns, traffic lights, and stop signs with smooth, intelligent maneuvers. He made the whole process fun and informative without any pressure. Highly recommend this location for anyone curious about the Cybertruck

Professional, Welcoming, and True Aloha at Tesla Waikīkī The Tesla location here on the Strip in Waikīkī has employees like Enrique, who clearly loves his job and carries the true aloha spirit. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and investment in Tesla made us feel welcomed and valued. Enrique took the time to talk to us, answer our questions, and make us feel comfortable — even though the store was busy. He didn’t judge us or rush us, and he made sure my children could enjoy the Tesla experience. That level of care and attentiveness stood out in a big way.
