Tesla King of Prussia Mall

**ATTN: Tesla Corporate Customer Relations / Regional Management** I am writing to demand a formal investigation into the King of Prussia location and immediate action regarding two of your sales representatives, Jordi and Vanessa. My experience was not a minor inconvenience. It was unprofessional, dismissive, and incompetent from start to finish. 1. I had a scheduled test drive and was told I would receive a call or text with details. No one contacted me. Zero communication. 2. I had to drive to the store myself to get an answer about my own appointment. 3. I requested to speak with the manager, Tim, on site. I followed up. After five full days, I have still not received a response. This is how Tesla treats a ready buyer prepared to spend $50,000+? That is unacceptable and it reflects directly on your brand. I am not looking for a template apology. I am looking for accountability. **I expect Tesla Corporate to do the following:** 1. Open a formal investigation into Jordi and Vanessa for failure to follow basic customer-service protocols 2. Pull and review their recent customer interactions and performance records 3. Audit the management response at King of Prussia, including Tim's failure to return a customer escalation 4. Take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination, if your investigation confirms this pattern of neglect 5. Provide me with a written response outlining what corrective action was taken, not just that it was "reviewed" I came to Tesla ready to buy. Your team's conduct has put that purchase on hold, and has me actively considering competitors who actually return calls. If Tesla values its customers and its reputation, you will not ignore this location. Contact me directly with next steps. I will not chase your team again. Thank you.

We are visiting from Germany and stopped by the Tesla store at King of Prussia Mall. We were immediately approached by a very friendly and enthusiastic employee who offered us the opportunity to ride in the Cybertruck — completely free of charge! He drove us to the indoor skydiving location and then showed us what the Cybertruck can really do. He demonstrated its capabilities on the property, and we had an absolute blast! It was such a fun and unexpected experience. The employee was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Tesla. He took the time to make our visit special, and as visitors from Germany, we really appreciated his hospitality. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience! You are a great ambassador for Tesla. Definitely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

DO NOT TRY THE SELF DRIVING OR SELF PARKING MODE UNLESS YOU WANT TESLA TO FILE A CLAIM ON YOUR INSURANCE!! If you're planning on test driving their cars, DO NOT USE THE CAR'S SELF DRIVE OR SELF PARK FEATURE! I know that that's one of the things Tesla is known for, but it has FLAWS! Like big risky flaws that falls onto you, the test driver! My father and I went to test out a Tesla, and we were HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to try out the self drive and park feature. When we initiated the self park feature, instead of waiting for the incoming car (mind you, the lot was not busy, just one other car driving), the Tesla car immediately swung into the incoming car trying to reverse park. My dad immediately tried to brake, not expecting that at all, and so there was minimal damage. However, there was still a collision, but because the impact wasn't big enough (because my father took over), Tesla's auto recording did not capture the incident on camera. A month later, we get a call from our insurance stating that Tesla filed a claim against us. Great. So yeah, DO NOT try out their horrible self driving and park feature unless you want your insurance to be affected even if it's not even your fault! TERRIBLE customer service as well! Couldn't reach anybody else besides the store, but as they stated "this is out of our hands and it is being evaluated by the higher ups." They do not care about you, and they just want your money no matter what. They will NOT take any responsibility even if their car's systems did it. They programmed their car to self drive, but this still happens.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my brand new Tesla Model 3, thanks to the exceptional assistance of Julio Gomez. His excellent customer service made the entire experience enjoyable, and I felt confident in my decision. Julio's extensive knowledge of Tesla models and their specifications was truly impressive, ensuring I was well-informed and satisfied with my choice.

Just went in and the experience was awesome. You can go in any car you want, and even open up the trunk. The guy was super chill and the cars looked pristine. They had 2 cars - Model 3 and X - but no model S :( I had a great time, and if your looking to buy a Tesla, I’d definitely drop by.
