I had an incredible experience at the Tesla dealership, and I can’t say enough good things about the team. From the moment we walked in, AJ, Avery, and Jason were all five-star friendly, kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Our demo drive was a dream, and every question we had was met with care and clarity. Plus, the service advisor Homer was just as amazing. I can’t thank Tesla enough for going above and beyond during my recent car repair. Jason was absolutely incredible! He made all of the necessary calls to the warranty company and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would also like to recognize the entire service department for their skill, speed and dedication. The troubleshooting and effort they put into fully repairing my car didn’t go unnoticed. I’m deeply grateful for the exceptional service and care I received from Tesla.

Having had a Tesla for 8 years and been to several service centers, these guys at Lubbock are the most friendly and helpful of all of them. Could not be more grateful to have a helpful team like this when my car broke down mid road trip.

Picked up our new Tesla Model Y Performance on 6/29/23. The car was immaculate no issues whatsoever. Our first EV so we were kind of terrified of hearing horror stories on delivery but the Lubbock team did an awesome job. The car is amazing the best driving experience I’ve ever had. It’s definitely better than I anticipated for faster than my C7 Corvette.

Stopped to Supercharge and went in and talked with the Tesla employees inside. There is a very nice large lounge for waiting, coffee and snacks and such. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a minor issue with one of our seats with a broken clip and they were able to fix it very quickly! Great customer service and fast too! Highly recommend!
