Tesla Norwell

This Tesla Service Center took care of an emergency tire repair on my Model Y. It was a blessing that the shop was open during Labor Day weekend. The service was quick. The sales manager even offered a courtesy vehicle for a spin-around while we were waiting.

Service went quite smoothly. Waiting area is quite nice and there are two offices available on a first come first served basis

More of a general Tesla comment but paid a substantial amount of money for full self drive. Customer service rep says the cameras can't see because the windshield isnt clean in front of the cameras. Then identify that it's basically a design flaw as it's not sealed to keep dust and moisture out. Charges me 60 bucks for a ten minute cleaning. Smart move Tesla piss off a higher paying customer for a ten minute windshield cleaning. Nickel and dime.

Worst service centre do not bring your car for a service here. I suppose my service advisor was Monique she was pathetic, she is rude and has no respect for the customers I brought my car in for a wheel alignment service they did something to my steering rack and now the car is so unsafe to drive the steering wheel gets locked mid way and fsd would disengage mid way during a turn due to the wheel getting locked. This could end in a serious accident. I raised the concern multiple times but this pathetic woman ended up closing the chat so I could make no conversation with the service centre. Stay away from this service centre
