11/10 top tier service. The employees here are very helpful. Especially Dominic & Steven! It's a showroom, so you can freely check out the Tesla vehicles, and you can confer with the staff for any questions or concerns you may have. They'll be of great assistance to you. The process for test driving a vehicle is very easy & seamless, and the staff do their absolute best to make sure you enjoy your time at the Tesla showroom. Highly recommend this place. Tesla is the best!

I'm an Uber driver and always wanted to checkout Tesla. Went into the Tesla store to get more information but couldn't get anyone to help me. Sad. Stood there for ten minutes waiting to ask questions. Got ignored by everyone. Might wanna put your phones down when you have customers. Just a suggestion

Stopped by the Tesla store today because my ownership transfer is delayed and I was looking for some guidance. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member I spoke with, especially one of the ladies, came across as rude and showed very little empathy or willingness to help. I understand that some things are out of their control, but a little patience and customer service go a long way, especially for someone who just purchased a Tesla and is excited about becoming part of the Tesla community. Love the car so far, but the customer service experience today was definitely not what I expected.
