Tesla Scottsdale

Needed a low voltage battery, but my Tesla was out of warranty. I got the battery super quick and easy. Price wasn't too bad. The service gents were very nice and helpful to me. Very convenient location - right off the freeway. Highly recommend this facility for Tesla parts and service.

This is my third Tesla, and I can confidently say that this was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I've had. Mike went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. As a repeat Tesla owner, I had high expectations, and Mike exceeded them. He made everything easy, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured I was completely comfortable every step of the way.

Absolutely trash customer service. Lied to my face about a loaner. I told them there is no way what I needed done would take less than three hours. Yet I was assured it would. Sure enough my vehicle was tied up for days. Told me it would be ready it was not… Service team was out during the weekend and holiday. Often didn’t respond to messaging. Was unavailable by phone unless by their discretion and then TRIED TO CHARGE ME $400 for storage and loaner fees? Screw that! I called around. You can get your maintenance done cheaper 3rd party. I only came back because this company used to treat its customers well… That clearly is not the case anymore. Lost my service for good.

I had a very bad experience at this Tesla service location. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. The loaner vehicle my service advisor “V” assigned to me had a large crack on the front windshield, and both the exterior and interior were very dirty. There were fingerprints everywhere, as if the car hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Even the steering wheel felt sticky. On top of that, the battery range was below 50%. At first, I honestly thought I had been given the wrong loaner vehicle. I asked my service advisor if I could switch to a different loaner because of the cracked windshield, but he told me there was no problem driving it. We’ve owned several Tesla models over the years and have visited Tesla service locations in different states. Never before have we been given a loaner car with a cracked windshield, especially after expressing safety concerns about it. I also received no responses to my texts or service updates from the advisor throughout the process. This was far from professional service, and unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location again.

Victor knocked it out of the park when we towed in our MYP. He stated “hey it’s going to be a few days, it’s covered under warranty, and what type of vehicle do you want as a loaner?” Cybertruck was a blast to drive for a week, really considering purchasing one now! 10/10 service!
