Very satisfied with my experience at the Ann Arbor location. All the staff members that I met there were super friendly. I appreciate them telling me they needed more time with my car instead of just rushing to find a temporary solution on a rattle. Imo these guys truly care about solving issues and satisfying their customers.

Other than the bad luck of requiring service (new tire) in the first place, the whole experience was great. Friendly manager fit me in last minute, price was lower than competition, waiting room clean and comfortable, and they provided and met an accurate time estimate.
