Good service overall. The staff were nice and professional. Happy with my front windshield replacement.

Lazy and incompetent. They investigated and according to their “diagnostic” the problem was the control arm. They replaced it. The grinding noise is as bad as ever and instead of finding what’s actually wrong they said you know what? We want to start replacing all these parts till the noise goes away. Are you kidding me? I already paid $800 and now you want to charge me $2200 just for you to swap a bunch of parts that COULD be the problem? What a joke. I’m actually perplexed at the stupidity of it. You messed up diagnosing and fixing the problem so you want to blame it on "after-market" parts causing noise.
