Extremely convenient service process. Put in a request, invoice generated remotely, parts ordered, drop car off seamlessly, major repairs done with quick turnaround. No dealership competes with that.

Love the staff and tech here. Great service all around! This team is the BEST. They are so thorough and transparent about EVERYTHING. I also believe that tesla's repair prices are extrememly reasonable... why? Because they are not franchised and therefore you are not forced to go to a crocked and greedy dearership!

Edit: 06/12/2026 The service manager reached out to me personally and we were able to come up with a satisfactory solution. Original: Brought my 2024 Model Y in for a documented GPS and cellular connectivity issue that has occurred four times. The service advisor confirmed this is a known issue with no available fix and advised me to keep submitting bug reports through the car. Despite this, I was charged a $171.60 diagnostic fee for a condition Tesla already knows about and cannot repair. My vehicle is under full warranty. Charging a customer to confirm a known defect is not a diagnosis — it's a billing error at best and a warranty violation at worst. I have since filed a formal complaint with Tesla corporate and a safety complaint with the NHTSA (Complaint #11739558). If you're experiencing GPS or connectivity issues on your Tesla, do not expect this location to fix it or waive fees — escalate directly to Tesla corporate and file with NHTSA.

Very helpful but has not fixed the problem and I need a telephone number to arrange a replacement of the back window and after three tries cannon get through the service program on my ipad

Big shoutout to the Tesla Service Center in Columbia, SC (Two Notch Rd) 🤩 Incredibly fast service and top-notch customer care. I was in and out in just 35 minutes for a a full panel replacement of faulty tonneau and tailgate buttons. Tesla’s warranty covered it 100% 🙏🏼
